Environmental & Petroleum Manager

Since 1994, Dean Deslatte has worked with A. Wilbert's Sons as a Petroleum Land Manager in the Oil and Gas Department. He's responsible for negotiating oil and gas leases and related contracts, negotiating pipeline right-of-ways, and overseeing commercial properties.

Dean earned his degree from USL in Petroleum Land Management and has since become a certified Petroleum Landman and received an Environmental Site Assessment Certification. Dean brings amazing experience to the table, as he even owned and operated his own oil and gas consulting firm. "I love that my job is different every day, and I get to interact with some really great people in the oil business."

Dean has two daughters, one in high school and one in college. Together, they enjoy traveling and going to the beach. There's no doubt you'd be impressed with the livestock Dean and his eldest daughter have raised for the past ten years, or the fact that he and his youngest daughter are both certified scuba divers.
