Anton Wilbert Foundation

Established in 2014 through a generous donation by Mr. Abel Cline, Jr. and subsequently supplemented by the Wilbert family members, the mission of the foundation aims to identify needs in the Plaquemine area that are often overlooked by traditional charities and give financial and logistical assistance to their causes.

The Wilbert family has been a part of the Plaquemine community for over 170 years, helping to shape the town that once welcomed a young, inspired German immigrant. If you have an idea for a project that represents this spirit, please submit it to info@awilbertsons.com.
